What should I do with my candle glass once it’s finished?
Our candle glasses are all recyclable, there are so many ways to up-cycle. For example, they can turn into cocktail glasses or a make brush holder. 

How do I use a wax melt?
Wax melts require a burner. Our melts come in a pack containing 6 cubes. We recommend using a cube at a time on the burner. 

How do I use a reed diffuser?
Remove the stopper and insert the diffuser reeds. We provide 8 reeds per diffuser, however you can choose how many you use at a time. We recommend using all 8 for bigger spaces. Turn the reed sticks every 1-2 weeks to enjoy the beautiful Aromas.

What are my delivery options?
There are a range of delivery options at checkout, please order with enough time to avoid delays. 

What countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK, US & Mainland Europe. If you are outside these jurisdictions and would like to purchase some candles please get in touch and we can organise a unique shipment for you. In the past we have done so for customers in Saudi Arabia.

How do I make a return?
If there is a problem with your order please email info@ayaaromas.co.uk. If your item has arrived faulty/broken please provide photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Do you provide bespoke candles?
Yes! We absolutely do and loved creating custom candles for customers. We have made candles for weddings, funerals, a fitness brand and an art space. We also can create any custom candle, in whatever packaging you are looking for. Please get in touch we'd love to collaborate: info@ayaaromas.co.uk.
